1. What kind of glue should I use on my puzzle?
Puzzle World offers puzzle glue that is specially formulated
for jigsaw puzzles. (Free with purchase of one or more puzzles.) The puzzle
glue comes
with a brush applicator. The glue goes
on clear and leaves NO brush strokes
when dried. Standard white glue might
ruin the puzzle and/or the image. Puzzle
World has been selling this glue for
almost 7 years, to thousands of satisfied
customers.

2. How much will a bottle of Puzzle Glue cover?
One bottle will cover approximately two (2) 1,000 piece puzzles.

3. How do I glue my puzzle?
It is recommended that you use special formulated puzzle
glue for jigsaw puzzles. (Free with purchase of one or more puzzles.)
Place assembled puzzle on a piece of cardboard, or wax paper.
Brush glue on and let dry overnight. Do not move the puzzle until it has completely dried. After drying, some pieces may still be loose. Apply second coat to those areas. Puzzle will then be ready to frame.

4. Do I need to glue the back of my puzzle along with the front?
We do not recommend gluing the back of the puzzle because it may warp the edges and cause them to curl. If you DO decide to glue the back, be sure to attach the glued puzzle to foam board or other flat material to minimize warping.

8. How long will my order take to get to me?
Every order is shipped out from Wauwatosa, WI (located on map). Look for your state, find your zone and that's how many days your shipment will take based on UPS information. To best track your packages, visit UPS.com with your tracking number.

9. What is your return policy?
Customer must contact us within 60 days from purchase. Items must be in original unopened box and in new condition to receive exchange or credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. Open or puzzles put together in any way are not returnable. Item(s) sold and shipped with “Free Shipping” are subject to a minimum shipping charge assessment of $11.99; unless whole order is returned. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

10. What if my puzzle is missing a piece?
Missing pieces are due to a manufacturing problem, thus the puzzle manufacturer must be contacted for any missing pieces. If you need information about contacting the manufacturer, call us at 1-877-778-9953.
